Turning Pallets into Extremely Productive Strawberry Gardens
Hey everyone! I’m back again with another crazy, fun fitness and health journey for you. This time, we’re heading into the great outdoors, turning our hands to a bit of gardening. What’s better than growing your own food, particularly strawberries? They’re a fantastic source of Vitamin C, manganese and provide amazing health benefits. But here’s the exciting part… we’re not just going to grow strawberries, we’re going to transform old pallets into a thriving strawberry garden!
Why Strawberries?
Did you know strawberries are among the top 20 fruits in terms of antioxidant capacity? And that’s not all. They are also excellent sources of potassium and fiber. Consuming strawberries helps regulate blood pressure, aids in digestion and gives a notable boost to your immune system. Plus, they taste AMAZING!
Maximize Space with Pallet Gardens
If you’re concerned about not having enough space for a garden, don’t sweat it! Using a pallet for your strawberry garden is a fantastic solution. Not only do they save space, but they also make maintaining and harvesting your strawberries more manageable. Plus, it’s a great way to recycle and contribute to reducing waste.
